Instructions for use

Before use, wash the half insoles in warm water with mild soap, rinse thoroughly and dry. Then attach inside the shoe and press firmly to ensure proper adhesion. If visible damage or deformation occurs, replace the product with a new one.

Cleaning

Wash regularly with water and mild soap. Replace every 6–8 weeks to maintain effectiveness and hygiene.
