Instructions for Use

Remove the protective paper from the adhesive layer, place the heel pads in the rear part of the shoe, and press firmly. Replace regularly every 6–8 weeks to maintain proper hygiene. If dampened, remove and air dry at room temperature. Replace the product if visible wear or deformation occurs.
