Instructions for Use:
Place the belt around the waist so that its central part aligns precisely with the spine’s axis. Then, take both ends of the belt in each hand, pull them forward, and secure them with the Velcro fasteners, adjusting the compression at the same time. If excessive pressure is felt, the belt can be slightly loosened until it fits comfortably yet stably against the body. For maximum ease and comfort, especially in cases of severe back pain, it is recommended to put on the orthosis while lying down.

Cleaning and Maintenance:
Before washing, fasten the Velcro straps to prevent damage. Hand wash the belt in water at 30°C using a mild detergent. Do not use bleach or tumble dry. Dry the product at room temperature, away from direct heat sources.
