Instructions for Use:
Place the belt at lumbar height, symmetrically in relation to the spine. Pull the belt forward and fasten with Velcro, adjusting compression to your preference. If the belt is too tight – loosen it; if too loose – tighten it.

Cleaning and Maintenance:
Before washing, connect the Velcro elements to prevent damage. Hand wash the belt at 30 °C using a mild detergent. Avoid bleach and tumble drying. Dry at room temperature, away from direct heat sources.
