Instructions for use:
Put the stabilizer on over a sock, ensuring it fits snugly around the ankle. Take the ends of the “Y”-shaped strap, wrap it around the ankle, and fasten. Then secure the compression strap, guiding it crosswise over the front of the foot and around the ankle. Make sure the entire brace sits firmly but does not cause pressure.

Cleaning and maintenance:
Fasten all Velcro straps before washing. Hand wash at 30°C without bleach. Dry at room temperature, avoiding contact with heaters or tumble dryers. Do not wring – gentle cleaning will extend the product’s durability.
