Instructions for Use:

Place the stabilizer around the ankle and fasten the Velcro straps. Spread the elastic strap on the floor, place your foot on it, cross the strap in front of the ankle, and wrap it around in a figure-eight shape. Attach the ends of the strap to the outside of the joint. Make sure the stabilizer fits snugly but does not cause pressure.

Cleaning and Maintenance:

Fasten all Velcro parts before washing. Hand wash at temperatures up to 30°C. Do not use bleach or fabric softeners. Dry at room temperature, away from direct heat sources. Do not tumble dry or wring the material – gentle care will extend the product’s lifespan.
