Instructions for use:
Peel off the protective film from the self-adhesive surface of the heel pad.
Stick the heel pad to the inside of the shoe, placing its “tongue” under the heel.
Ensure that the fabric layer is facing the foot.
Replace the heel pads every 6–8 weeks to maintain hygiene and effectiveness.
In case of moisture, dry at room temperature, avoiding heat sources.
